- Oversee & collaborate with PLE Engineers from different product to execute specific type of projects (NPI, DMOD & Transfer/Localization/Warranty, VI, and REA) initiatives, ensuring alignment with global teams and plant metrics. Support to track and report progress, guaranteeing on-time deliverables and fostering a culture of excellence, dedicated to preparing and tracking productivity and warranty events, while meticulously overseeing CN and REA implementation to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.- Provide on-site development engineering support.- Lead technical investigations and determine the need for design changes.- Recommend and qualify solutions to issues and provide engineering documentation as needed.- Approval authority for all proposed material substitutions thru deviations system.- Generate and lead specific projects in support of warranty, reliability, total cost and quality improvement objectives.- Participate in the disposition ...
