Are you passionate about an opportunity to move fast, build unique experiences that Indian customers will love We are looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager to join our team building out our rewards product (Diamonds).

In This Role, You Will

  • work backwards from customer needs to drive an innovative roadmap of features for our points based loyalty / rewards program
  • drive the product roadmap for our rewards platform, including integration touchpoints across Amazon systems.
  • partner with engineering teams to design and implement scalable solutions
  • define and track key performance metrics for the program's technical infrastructure
  • work closely with Tech, UX, Marketing and Data teams to champion product ideas from ideation and planning to execution
  • collaborate with global teams to launch across other international marketplaces
