Overview

Client is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to help scale and evolve ThriveCare, our clinician portal and internal care delivery platform that supports the daily workflow of 2,000+ clinicians nationwide. ThriveCare is the backbone of our care delivery operation - powering scheduling workflows, data insights, patient engagement, operational support processes, and adherence to quality standards.

This role will sit at the intersection of product strategy and operational execution. You’ll own a slice of the ThriveCare product area, help drive day-to-day delivery against the roadmap, and lead discovery for upcoming initiatives that improve clinician experience, care quality, and operational efficiency.
