Senior Product Manager - Star Trek Fleet Command

Location: Dublin, Barcelona, or UK (remote/hybrid first)

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with a feature team to develop and refine the product roadmap, steer vision, and manage the feature lifecycle from specification to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and conduct release analysis and reporting.
  • Live Operations Initiatives: Implement player‑focused improvements, in‑game events, sales, and campaigns.
  • Player Advocacy: Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with target audience needs, addressing player issues, and driving initiatives that enhance customer and player experiences.
