Job Description
We are seeking an innovative Senior PM-T to join the StoreGen team and lead AI-native Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experiments that will revolutionize software development. This role will shape the future of software development by creating solutions that help teams with daily tasks and communication, enhancing SDLC productivity end-to-end across Amazon's engineering organization.
About the role: You'll work at the forefront of applying generative AI and LLMs to transform how software is built, tested, and deployed. Our StoreGen team reimagines the entire SDLC through AI-native approaches—from intelligent code generation and automated testing to smart deployment pipelines and predictive monitoring. This product focuses on assisting teams and accelerating teamwork, impacting thousands of engineers. You'll have the support, resources, and mandate to fundamentally change how one of the world's largest technical organizations builds software, while working with exceptional talent in AI and development tooling.
What You'll Do: You will collaborate with Software Engineers, Scientists, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision for our AI-native SDLC platform that enhances team collaboration and planning capabilities.
What We Are Looking For: We seek a candidate with proven ability to drive results in uncertain, rapidly-evolving technological environments, combined with strong technical foundation in AI/ML and LLMs. You should have a track record of scaling complex technical products from concept to delivery, sharp analytical and strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. We value someone who thrives with ambiguity and can create structure where none exists, while maintaining a customer-focused mindset with self-starter drive.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
