As a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) , you will lead strategy, architecture alignment, and delivery across multiple supply chain systems. You will shape, optimize, and scale solutions spanning Oracle ERP, logistics systems, warehouse technologies, forecasting tools, and distributed enterprise platforms while driving modernization at an enterprise level.
This is a senior, high-visibility role requiring advanced technical depth, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence decisions across engineering, operations, and business teams globally.
Role Scope & Impact:
The Senior Technical Product Manager owns product strategy, requirements, and delivery across a portfolio of complex, enterprise-scale supply chain systems , not just a single product. You will influence architectural decisions, set multi-year roadmaps, and lead multiple Agile teams responsible for large-scale, mission-critical capabilities.
This role requires greater autonomy, deeper technical leadership, and stronger impact on operational and business performance compared to a standard TPM. You will drive modernization initiatives, resolve high-impact system issues, and guide the evolution of T-Mobiles supply chain platforms with a focus on resiliency, scalability, and measurable operational outcomes.
Your decisions directly influence forecasting accuracy, inventory efficiency, order lifecycle performance, fulfillment of SLAs, integration reliability, and overall supply chain resiliency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Ownership:
- Own the multi-product roadmap and strategy across several cross-functional supply chain domains spanning planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
- Convert enterprise supply chain and Oracle ERP strategy into actionable product plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, architecture, and operational leadership.
- Lead prioritization for multiple teams, guiding trade-offs based on business value, KPIs, and engineering effort.
- Define measurable outcomes and champion KPI-driven decision-making across system availability, throughput, fulfillment, and integration health.
Technical Delivery & Agile Leadership:
- Provide senior-level leadership across multiple Agile teams, ensuring sprint readiness and architectural alignment.
- Proactively identify and resolve systemic risks, architectural blockers, and cross-platform dependencies.
- Lead delivery of high-impact modernization initiatives across Oracle SCM, logistics systems, and integration platforms.
Business Focus & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Serve as a senior advisor and primary escalation point for supply chain leadership.
- Influence operational improvements by aligning system capabilities with business outcomes.
- Lead change management, pilot strategies, and phased rollouts at organizational scale.
Analysis, Insights, and Communication:
- Conduct deep quantitative analyses to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
- Provide senior-level communication to executive stakeholders through clear, actionable insights.
- Translate highly complex technical and operational issues into concise narratives for decision-making.
Platform Integration & Technical Expertise:
- Lead integration strategy for APIs, workflows, orchestration layers, and data pipelines across enterprise supply chain systems.
- Influence architecture decisions around resiliency, scalability, and data governance at platform level.
- Champion platform health through maturity initiatives, observability improvements, and long-term technical posture management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Success in this role will be measured through quantifiable business and platform outcomes, including:
- Forecast accuracy improvement
- Inventory turns & inventory accuracy
- Order lifecycle cycle time

Qualifications:
Required Minimum Qualifications (Education):
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 810+ years of product management or relevant experience in enterprise systems.
- 5+ years' experience in a technical role or integrating with large-scale applications/platforms.
- 5+ years product management experience in Agile environments supporting enterprise systems.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven leadership across cross-platform, high-scale systems in distributed environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
Additional Experience:
- Proven success delivering cross-platform solutions within large-scale distributed environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
- Proficient with SQL, Splunk, and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with integration patterns, workflow orchestration, and enterprise system design.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership presence.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle SCM, Oracle OCI, Oracle OIC, Oracle Fusion, Oracle E-Business Suite, or comparable ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of telecom supply chain flows and logistics; device procurement, distribution, inventory management, retail fulfillment, and reverse logistics.
- Familiarity with procurement, forecasting, warehousing, transportation, and financial touchpoints (PO/invoice flows, costing, asset management).
- Experience guiding architectural discussions for scalable, resilient, and secure supply chain systems.
- Exposure to global operational or engineering teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong expertise in supply chain technology, product ownership, and transformation across operational systems.
- Customer and operations-centric mindset with the ability to integrate feedback from logistics, retail, and field operations.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills across engineering, business, and operations.
- Outstanding communication, capable of simplifying complex supply chain and technical topics.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a forward-looking modernization mindset.
- Solid understanding of platform fundamentals such as security, performance, optimization, and data integrity.
- Skilled with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Copilot, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
