What you'll do here:
Collaborate closely with Product, Build, Sales, and Marketing groups to strengthen a data-driven culture and support customer engagement in research.
Develop evaluation frameworks, study builds, surveys, and other research instruments.
Coordinate data collection and analysis while maintaining scientific rigor.
Apply a strong understanding of data privacy and human-subject research requirements.
Identify patterns and insights through deep triangulation of multiple data sources.
Manage external vendors and partner with internal collaborators to ensure the quality and validity of insights.
Convey findings transparently and purposefully to support consistent product development and successful messaging.
Work with internal and external partners to refine research questions and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor product implementation and deliver recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Skills you will need here:
A PhD or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Educational Research, Psychology, Program Evaluation, Anthropology, or a related field, together with a strong business approach and interest in technology.
Experience conducting quantitative research and analyzing large datasets, with the ability to develop, lead, and coordinate research studies.
Experience in qualitative research and user-centered approaches, including the capacity to develop and lead open-ended, exploratory research.
Demonstrated experience developing research and evaluation frameworks and managing end-to-end research programs.
Strong project coordination skills; highly collaborative with a problem-solving, achievement-focused approach.
2–4 years of experience managing research projects in a client services firm, B2C environment, or academic setting.
Preferred experience in Higher Education, K–12, or Career and Professional Education contexts.
Ability to self-manage progress against goals and results, with a high degree of accountability and urgency.
Strong bias for action.
Strong writing and data visualization abilities, capable of preparing and delivering information clearly to various audiences.
Comfort working through ambiguity and seeking answers to complex, open-ended problems.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
