Sr Production Control Gen Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
The objective of this position is to implement, improve and support the Manufacturing Connections Operational Processes (Receiving, Supermarket, Delivery Routes, Shipping and FG Warehouses).
Work together with the different areas of PC&L that are related to Manufacturing Connection.
Search for continuous improvement in the area's processes.
**Your Role**
- Develop strategies for compliance with Manufacturing Connections metrics.
- Develop initiatives to improve MFC's Operational Processes.
- Ensure that the procedures of the MFC areas exist and are updated.
- Identify areas of opportunity in processes and seek systematic solutions.
- Develop training programs for plants in Manufacturing Connections operational processes.
- Promote improvement projects in plants in the MFC area.
