Sr. Production Planner / Machine Shop

**POSITION SUMMARY:**





Sr. Planner for Tool Room requirements.











**ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES:**





+ Plan Schedule for tool room requirements. Based on priority on manufacturing requirements and KPI Impact.

+ Raw material management based on forecast and most usage materials for tool room. Specifications of material will be supply by Sr. Tooling Design and/or Tool Room Leader.

+ Work orders management with data base. Show performance results of tool room with the information of the data base (Power BI preferred).

+ Tooling and fixtures management for periodic maintenance and revisions. Plan corrective maintenance if necessary, this information will be provided by tool maker, Sr. Tooling Design and/or Tool Room Leader.

+ Support on 5’s culture in Tool Room management.

+ Lead meetings with Tool Room team for KPI Performance.

+ Tools management.

**SKILS**





+ Fluent conversational English >80%

+ Design For Manufacturing skills are preferred





+ Strong analytical skills to identify solutions to technical issues, risks and prepare balanced decisions are essential

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and project deadlines and work independently

+ Great hands-on ability and mechanical aptitude and experience in machine shop and hands on fabrication

+ Basic experience using 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) software

+ Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing and performing statistical tolerance analysis











**EXPERIENCE:**





**Essential:**





+ 5 + years’ experience.

+ Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.

+ Pro-actively resolving critical design, manufacturing, quality and reliability issues











**Desirable:**





+ Power BI Knowledge.

+ Project management experience.











**EDUCATION:**





**Essential:**





+ Bachelor’s degree.





**Desirable:**





+ Project Management Certification.
