Job Description
**Objective**:
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Sr. Production Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is directly involved with product and process. This role requires a team player, high drive, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll lead and optimize all operations activities to ensure our products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

- Lead and manage production operations through direct supervision and by coaching front-line supervisors, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Develop and execute the production schedule, monitor performance, and take action to drive efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve throughput.
