Job Title: Senior Program Advisor
Job Summary*
The Senior Program Advisor is responsible for counseling prospective learners, understanding their
career goals, and recommending suitable programs. The role involves managing high-quality leads,
supporting junior advisors, resolving complex learner queries, and achieving enrollment targets while
ensuring a positive and engaging learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel learners and recommend appropriate programs
Handle and convert high-quality leads
Support and guide junior Program Advisors
Resolve learner queries and concerns
Achieve enrollment and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel
Ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in education sales or counseling
Strong communication and counseling skills
Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA/MBA preferred)
Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
Working knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Experience in education counseling
Leadership and mentoring ability
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
