Sr. Program Engagement Specialist – MakeWay

MakeWay is looking for a Sr. Program Engagement Specialist to support communications and engagement strategies, content creation, and animation of program networks for two learning programs that are expanding in 2026. This Sr. Program Engagement Specialist will work closely with other program staff, MakeWay’s Communications team, delivery partners, and participants to translate strategy into clear communications outputs and engagement activities. As a member of a collaborative delivery team, this position also contributes to shared program responsibilities and participant-facing support.

Phone screen interviews will begin March 2.

Remote in Canada, with optional in-office attendance
