Do you want to be part of the foundational team driving innovation and efficiency in Amazon's last mile fleet operations? The Fleet Operations and Capacity Management team is seeking a motivated Senior Program Manager to be a core member of the Variable Fleet team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end variable fleet capacity supply and execution during high-volume events across Amazon's U.S. and Canadian delivery network.
As the Senior Program Manager for Variable Fleet Programs and Innovation, you will lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of Amazon's variable fleet operations. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can develop and execute the 2026+ roadmap while managing new program launches from concept to implementation. You will drive innovation across multiple dimensions including technology integration, fleet diversification, and long-term rental concepts.
