Do you want to be part of the foundational team driving innovation and efficiency in Amazon's last mile fleet operations? The Fleet Operations and Capacity Management team is seeking a motivated Senior Program Manager to be a core member of the Variable Fleet team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end variable fleet capacity supply and execution during high-volume events across Amazon's U.S. and Canadian delivery network.
As the Variable Fleet Innovation Senior Program Manager, you will serve as the Single Threaded Leader managing rental supply from Preferred Rental Providers (PRPs) and allocating vehicles to Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) through the Amazon Direct Rental (ADR) product. You will ensure vehicles are available at the right locations and times during both High Volume Events and throughout the year.
