Sr. Program Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across the Operations Center. In this role, you’ll partner with business and technical teams to drive programs from kickoff through delivery, keep priorities aligned, and ensure execution stays tight and on track.

What You’ll Do

• Own programs end-to-end, delivering clear outcomes on time.
• Manage daily project activities, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Support leaders running large or concurrent initiatives.
• Align teams on process and change needs; drive adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across multiple organizations.
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to track progress and maintain visibility.
• Work closely with Development to prioritize and complete requests.
• Run weekly team syncs to keep stakeholders moving in the same direction.
