The Senior Program Manager for External Fulfillment in Mexico leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of Amazon's seller‑managed fulfillment programs, including Easy Ship, Seller Flex, and Self Ship. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end program delivery—from conception through implementation and continuous improvement—ensuring scalable solutions that enhance seller experience, expand Prime‑eligible selection, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across Mexico's third‑party marketplace. The SPM will also scope and drive productivity improvement initiatives internal to the EF team.
