Drive delivery of Last Mile Under the Roof Tech/Product solves for SWA whilst identifying chronic failure points
Key job responsibilities
Program manage all Product and Tech related solves for SWA LM UTR operations whilst ensuring the limited Tech/Product bandwidth is utilized for the P0 asks and design for all solves is First time right to finally deliver on Best in class performance for our shippers. Post launch of all solves, Candidate is also responsible for tracking adoption and utilization for launched products.

As this role will rest on influencing others without authority, Candidate has to rely on data driven insights while balancing the need for faster execution and thus candidate has to be proficient on Deep dive, Are Right, a Lot while Insisting on highest standards. Candidate has to be highly adept at timely communication and stakeholder management.
About the team
Our team is part of IN ATLAS org which is responsible for a) Externalization: leveraging ATS and AMZL network to generate revenue by offering our logistics services to off-amazon shippers and, b) Network loss prevention charter, ensuring defects in our supply chain leading to losses are plugged, for IN Ops.
To truly deliver for both these charters, Best In Class (BIC) performance is must and therefore, ensuring Optimal and First Time Right design is implemented for all product/Tech solves for scalable implementation.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
