Strategy to action: Bring global strategy to life in EMEA by working closely with Trade Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other teams. Build and launch programs that drive growth for WPN retailers, including go-to-market plans for new play opportunities and partnerships that expand retailer capabilities. Go-to-market execution: Create the GTM roadmap, align teams around it, and own execution from start to finish. Customer & partner success: Help partners and customers adopt new programs smoothly, leading change with minimal disruption. Cross-team leadership: Work across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Play teams to keep programs aligned with business goals. Vendor account management: Building and leading relationships with external service vendors and agencies to secure the best rates and quality of service.
