Sr Project Coordinator - IT & Infrastructure Services
- Assist in planning, monitoring and tracking external & internal ELV projects (CCTV, ACS, Networking, Structured
Cabling) from initiation through completion.
- Develop and update project plans, including project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and
schedules.
- Assist in resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting and
people management.
- Ensures project results, and meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
- Preparation of invoices and managing day-to-day transactions.
- Conducting project reviews and status update meetings.
- Manage multiple projects/assignments, manage teams specialized in different trades.
- Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.
