Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer to lead and execute automation projects and services, primarily based on Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Drives. The role involves managing site activities, commissioning, planning and execution, and ensuring project completion with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute industrial automation projects using Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Drives.
- Handle site services, commissioning, and technical support activities.
- Plan, schedule, and execute projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project execution and closure.
- Delegate work and provide training to junior engineers.
- Support clients and the internal team with service and site issues.
- Lead and participate in Kick-Off Meetings (KOM).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Industrial Automation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and Drives.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle on-site activities and client interactions independently.
