Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client, a global leader in air-cooled condensers and cooling systems specializing in dry, wet, and hybrid cooling technologies. The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering complex, high-value projects safely, on time, and on budget while exceeding customer expectations and protecting project margins. This position serves as the central point of coordination between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the proposal phase and participate in final sales negotiations as required Establish project budgets, organizational structures, and execution schedules Develop and manage detailed project schedules in coordination with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction teams Evaluate vendor bids and negotiate scope, pricing, and equipment in partnership with Supply Chain and Engineering Ensure all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards Centralize and manage all project documentation, ensuring compliance and traceability Serve as the primary interface with customers and major subcontractors Track and report project milestones, schedules, financial performance (margin, revenue, cash flow), and risks Lead change order and claims management to ensure cost recovery and contractual compliance Participate in project design, procurement, quality control, and task coordination Travel to project sites as needed to support supervision and execution Utilize project reporting tools to provide accurate and timely updates to management Model and promote company values including teamwork, customer focus, respect, humility, passion, and determination Requirements include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required Experience: 15 years of project management experience within heat rejection, thermal power, or large cooling technologies Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary internal teams and coordinating external stakeholders Strong background working directly with external customers throughout full project lifecycles Experience with large industrial site construction strongly preferred Skills: Expert-level project planning, execution, and financial control Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Project Ability to work autonomously while remaining collaborative and decisive Structured, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred but not required Knowledge: Heat exchange processes and thermal power systems (e.g., turbines, steam systems, heat exchangers) Mechanical construction and fabrication, including steel structures, ducting, piping, fans, motors, and pumps CAD environments and engineering documentation standards Industrial project execution and quality control processes Key Competencies: Senior-level project ownership and accountability Decisive and autonomous decision-making Strong customer orientation with a solution-driven mindset Collaborative leadership and cross-functional coordination Structured, clear, and concise communication style Openness to global cultural diversity Patience and resilience in complex project environments How to Apply: To apply for this position, please click the "Apply" button at the top right of your screen.
