Senior Project Manager – Custom Capital Equipment Objective
Oversee engineered-to-order industrial machinery projects from bid to final acceptance. Coordinate across design, manufacturing, and field teams to deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities
+ Direct project phases: initiation, engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, shipping, installation, and closeout
+ Serve as primary customer contact throughout project lifecycle
+ Develop project documentation including specifications, schedules, and communications
+ Monitor and control project scope, budget, and timeline
+ Conduct monthly financial reviews and variance analysis
+ Lead post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities
