Sr Project Manager - Fit Out - luxury

The Senior Project Manager – Fit-Out is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and deep technical knowledge of fit-out works.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial, residential, hospitality, and/or retail fit-out projects from award to handover.
• Develop and control project programs, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, drawings, specifications, and authority regulations.
• Lead project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and client coordination sessions.
• Review contracts, BOQs, and project budgets.
• Monitor costs, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Ensure profitability and margin targets are achieved.
