Well respected Luxury Home Builder Strong Benefits Package, Bonus About Our Client Our client is a General Contractor with a successful track record building and renovating Luxury Single Family Homes in Palm Beach County including on Palm Beach Island. Job Description Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of luxury custom home construction from pre-construction through final delivery. Client Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, maintaining clear communication and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Budget & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project budgets, timelines, and resource plans. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations for luxury finishes and design. Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve seamless execution. Risk Management: Identify potential issues early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements. The Successful Applicant Experience: Minimum 20 years in construction, with at least 10 years managing luxury custom home projects. Homes that are 10,000 Square Feet and larger (Ground Up and Renovation) Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering - (Master's Preferred) Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project). Deep knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Certifications: PMP or equivalent (preferred). Local Expertise: Familiarity with Palm Beach County building codes, permitting processes, and luxury market trends.
