ABOUT THE ROLE

Senior PM will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers, and planning the project release.

DAY TO DAY

• Coordinate vendors and consultants, and DBHDS and business staff as assigned, in the execution of Business & IT projects and related procurements.
• Coordinate and oversee the development of proposals, statement of work, statement of requirements and RFP responses.
• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments and removing roadblocks to their work.
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams in the development of plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for completion of a project.
