Overview
The Business Payments Project Manager will lead large‑scale initiatives across the bank’s payments ecosystem, driving delivery of complex projects spanning EFT, ACH, payment APIs, push‑payment capabilities, onboarding workflows, and enterprise change programs. This role partners closely with technology, operations, compliance, and external vendors to ensure seamless end‑to‑end execution of payment modernization and transformation efforts.

Project & Delivery Leadership
Own end‑to‑end delivery of large, cross‑functional payments projects from initiation through deployment and post‑launch stabilization.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution design for payment products and operational flows.
