Job Description

Metso USA Inc. is looking for a Sr. Proposal Engineer (Crushing) to analyze technical specifications, determine project feasibility, create cost estimations, and collaborate with teams to ensure bids meet company capabilities. Position is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin.


Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Mineral Processing, Mining, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering and 5 years of experience in proposal engineering or business support function (Crushing). In addition, the following specific skills are required:

  • 5 years of experience participating in cross functional proposal, project execution, and engineering team;

  • 5 years of experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, reviewing customer inquiries and defining custom solutions;

  • 5 years of experience with ERP and CRM systems;

  • 5 years of experience with Minerals capital equipment products;
