Job Description
APTIM is searching for a Sr. Proposal Specialist with commercial and public sector experience. You will drive all aspects of the development of high quality and compliant proposals for state and local governments and commercial clients across the United States (including environmental, retail, energy, disaster response).
**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:**
+ Coordinate proposal preparation team (subject matter experts/writers, graphic artists, contracts, and other key proposal development functions).
+ Apply APTIM's standard proposal management processes, to include schedule, compliance, outlines, storyboards, themes, action items, etc.
+ Lead effective, results-driven kickoff, and review meetings in concert with the capture manager and delivery staff.
+ Remain current on all solicitation amendments and modifications.
+ Perform quality check of all proposal sections and volumes to include creation and verification/validation of a detailed compliance...
