As CI&T grows, we seek a Senior Developer, AI Specialist to drive AI transformation in software engineering, designing, prototyping, and scaling agentic and GenAI solutions that improve developer experience, productivity, quality, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ideation, rapid prototyping (PoCs), and validation of GenAI use cases in engineering workflows.
  • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and run experiments (A/B/offline evals) with rigorous, data‑driven measurement.
