The Mission
We are transitioning Peloton to an AI-first organization with our Agent SOUL architecture. We are seeking a Systems Builder to act as the engineering Wingman to our AI Engineers.
While the AI Engineers focus on reasoning loops and prompts, you build the production vehicle. You will architect the high-performance Python backends, implement strict security protocols, handle complex integrations, and ensure our Agents are secure, scalable, and self-healing in production.
