Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Cell Quality Engineer to joining a growing team supporting the advanced manufacturing industry. this person monitors battery cell production quality by reviewing inspection data, SPC charts, and test results to spot issues early. When problems occur, they lead hands‑on investigations on the manufacturing floor, analyze defective samples, identify root causes, and work with production and engineering teams to implement permanent fixes. They also maintain and improve quality systems by updating SOPs, approving PPAP and process changes, running audits, and ensuring testing and inspection equipment is reliable. Throughout the day, they communicate findings, reports, and best practices with local and global teams to keep quality consistent across sites and prevent repeat issues. This role can pay between 118-149K based on an evaluation of relevant YOE and education level.
