Job Description

Scope:

  • We are building a highly resilient, scalable, and world-class SaaS-based Transportation Management System (TMS) using modern technologies.
  • To achieve this, We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our QA capabilities.
  • This role is ideal for someone who believes in building quality early and driving automation-first testing practices.

    • What You'll do:

  • Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for complex enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain automation test suites using Robot Framework (mandatory).
  • Perform API testing (functional and integration level) using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Contribute to regression, integration, and end-to-end automation coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-level quality activities.
  • Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide clear quality insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks.

    • What We are Looking for:

  • B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong hands-on ownership.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test automation (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of API testing concepts and validation techniques.
  • Exposure to at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Java, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.
  • Working experience with SQL for backend data validation.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments

    • Good to have skills:

  • Experience with FitNesse or Playwright.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Exposure to Supply Chain / Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or related domains.
