Sr Quality Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of the site's processes and that meet the requirements of quality and regulatory standards.
- Carry out process audits and verify their controls.
- Carrying out capacity studies to assess the reliability of the process
- Creation and control of inspections in required operations: SPC, inspection in process, monitoring
- Carrying out R&R studies
- Involvement in internal, external, customer and regulatory agency audits
- Involvement in the release of new products (NPI)
- Participate in productivity, green belt, Lean expert and/or black belt projects
- Implementation of methodology for problem solving
- Implementation and monitoring of corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures of the quality system
