Job Description

**JOB DUTIES:
- Be the product and process quality guarantor in his/her assigned business unit.
- Follow up on customers and other corrective actions related to the quality of products and processes.
- Develop and implement control plans.
- Lead the improvement in the indicators or KPIs of your area.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities of the productive processes of your business unit.
**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role
- Advanced English communication skills
- Experience with:
- Creation of control plans
- Creation of PFMEA
- Problem-solving tools
- Effective communication
- Minitab
- Personnel management
