Sr. R&D Engineer, Intravascular Lithotripsy

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity as an R&D Workstream lead to drive new product development and technologies. The Senior R&D engineer will be dedicated to developing technology in the exciting Intravascular Lithotripsy space.

We are looking for a team member to focus on evaluating and developing technologies that will enable the future portfolio of IVL. Adaptability between exploratory to working in a structured project (TDP or PDP) will be key to successfully integrating with the team and business. As a key growth driver for BSC, this role will come with visibility to key leadership, and as a result, communication & leadership will be paramount.

Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our Maple Grove, MN office at least 4-5 days per week.
