Sr. React Developer at Concentrix

Sr. React Developer responsible for building and maintaining production-grade web applications, working closely with design and backend teams to deliver user-centric interfaces and high-quality frontend features. The role focuses on performance, scalability, and accessibility while supporting rapid iteration and continuous improvement in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with designers to create intuitive, clear, and elegant user interfaces.
  • Build reusable UI components and frontend infrastructure to accelerate product development.
  • Ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility across devices.
  • Test frontend functionality thoroughly, covering edge cases and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to present product features cohesively to end users.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience building end-to-end, production-grade web applications.
  • Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and React (or Vue/NextJS), including state management solutions such as Redux or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and component-based styling (Styled Components, Emotion, or Tailwind).
  • Experience optimizing frontend performance, including rendering, bundle size, and runtime efficiency.
  • Experience setting up frontend build pipelines, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with Python and backend frameworks is a plus.
