Sr. Regional Sales Manager - Madhya Pradesh, Farm Repl.

As a Senior Regional Sales Manager – Farm Replacement, you’ll take charge of a high-impact region, leading a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to deliver results that matter. You’ll be the strategic force behind market expansion, customer engagement, and team excellence—ensuring our farm replacement business thrives across your territory.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead, guide, and support your team of ASMs and TSMs to achieve business goals through planning, reviews, and hands-on coaching

You’ll identify, plan, and develop new customers in line with business development targets

You’ll ensure consistent and high-quality contact, service, and support to meet and exceed sales targets

You’ll monitor sales performance regularly and take corrective action when needed

You’ll plan your own customer visits based on agreed service levels and segment priorities

You’ll gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify new growth opportunities

You’ll implement approved sales strategies and report on execution across your region

You’ll maintain expert-level knowledge of our products and services to support your team and customers effectively
