  • Possess 10-15 years of experience with a growth path to a leadership position.

  • Be technically adept, providing analysis and problem-solving expertise.

  • Responsible for making recommendations, stamping projects, and sealing reports.

  • Embrace a mentorship role, acting as a technical resource across various offices and teams.

  • Experience in Geotechnical or Construction Materials Testing is essential.
