- Monitor regulation, code, and standard development for impact on the recreational water industry - Represent the industry though joining trade associations as well as becoming a member of the various standard bodies covering the industry. - Travel to various regulatory conferences and meetings EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum 7+ years of regulatory compliance experience in consumer products with bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred. COMPUTER AND OTHER SKILLS - High proficiency level in Microsoft Office products such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. - Vision to improve product compliance database. - Knowledge of basic electro-mechanical systems and the ability to identify fundamental components. - Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings and relay the information to test labs and regulators. - Must ...
