Sr Reliability Engineer - Full time position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer for a full-time, direct-hire position with a manufacturing organization located in the Oshkosh, WI area. This role is onsite. Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on skill and experience level. Summary: The Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible for interpreting, planning, and executing Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) requirements for complex vehicle systems. This role partners closely with engineering, testing, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders to influence design for maintainability, analyze failure data, and recommend improvements that enhance product reliability and lifecycle support.
