Job Description

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Macon, MO Details for the position are as follows:
  • Up to $56hr based on experience.
  • This is an onsite position
  • 6+ month contract - (potential to extend or convert based on performance & budget).
  • Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, Plant Manager or Enterprise Reliability Engineering Manager this position will enhance Asset Reliability through technical support to the Maintenance function, with the goal of optimizing the Time-based (PM) and Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) processes resulting in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements. This role will analyze Equipment History, and including Statistical Analysis, Predictive technologies, Non-destructive Test, and creative Problem Solving to rectify equipment issues causing significant or repetitive failures.
