Principal Accountabilities


In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Perform outbound and inbound prospection, qualifying and preparing sales opportunities.

  • Engage in cold calling to targeted account lists generating new leads.

  • Qualify prospects and leads based on guidelines and criteria (Marketing Qualified Leads - MQLs).

  • Process inbound prospects and leads from all sources of Epson activities.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing & sales teams building playbooks, calling guides and lead qualification criteria.

  • Keep abreast of product lines and industry trends and inform Epson management what may impact customers purchases.

  • Identify and understand customer needs and provide solutions using Epson products, programs and services.
