Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform outbound and inbound prospection, qualifying and preparing sales opportunities.
- Engage in cold calling to targeted account lists generating new leads.
- Qualify prospects and leads based on guidelines and criteria (Marketing Qualified Leads - MQLs).
- Process inbound prospects and leads from all sources of Epson activities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing & sales teams building playbooks, calling guides and lead qualification criteria.
- Keep abreast of product lines and industry trends and inform Epson management what may impact customers purchases.
- Identify and understand customer needs and provide solutions using Epson products, programs and services.
