Job Description

Manage the NCAR/ICARxService Certified tablet program to provide dealers and customers with a fully digital service process. Works in conjunction with Sr. Manager, Aftersales Marketing Technology to drive enrollment and engagement into the NCAR/ICARx Service Lane Technology using data analytics, customer and dealer feedback.
Job Functions
1. Responsible for the management of the NCAR/ICAR-X Service program, designated certified vendors, the programs that make up the service lane technology, program enrollment and the performance and data analytics.
2. This includes program management, working with the field / dealer leadership, communicating overall program acceleration recommendations in both the operations and technical development work streams.
3. Assist in development, maintenance and management of advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions primarily using Python, SQL, Business objects, Snowflake, and Tableau.
