SR. RIGGING SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Rigging Supervisor to lead our rigging operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing rigging projects, ensuring safety compliance, and managing a team of rigging personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage rigging operations on site to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plan and execute rigging projects, including assessments of load capacities and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and other teams to schedule rigging activities.
• Conduct inspections of rigging equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Train and mentor rigging personnel on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and equipment maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in rigging supervision or related field.
• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using rigging tools and equipment, including cranes, hoists, and slings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid rigging certification and safety training certifications.
