Job Description
Join a team that maintains and repairs manufacturing equipment. You will work under general supervision and alongside some of the world's most talented production facility operators and machinists. You will use your maintenance technician expertise to conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. You will mentor and train less experienced maintenance technicians.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Support Operation area in machine breakdown thru root cause analysis
- Participate in improvement action plan along with Engineering and maintenance leadership
- Perform improvement actions on the machines
- Create kaizen in machinery
- Support on Automation project along with Engineering and maintenance leadership
- 5’s in machinery and his work area
- Responsible for training technicians B and C as buddy partner (new hires)
