Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shaikpet for a Senior Sales Associate. The role involves initiating and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and negotiating deals with prospects to meet sales targets. The candidate will work to understand client investment needs, provide real estate consultations, and deliver exceptional customer support. Collaboration with the broader sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies and provide market insights will also be a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in creating and maintaining relationships with clients
Ability to analyse market trends and provide investment recommendations
Sales and marketing expertise (Real Estate), including experience meeting and exceeding targets
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks
Knowledge of the real estate industry and market dynamics is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus (preferably Hubspot)
