Position Summary

We areseekinga creative and strategic Senior Sales Enablement Partner to lead the development of innovativeenablement designstrategies and drive impactful collaboration across global teams. In this highlyinfluential role, you will shape the processes and best practices that guide theorganizationandproductionof sales enablementcontent,ensuring our sales teams are equipped with thecontent, tools, and resourcesneeded to succeed. Partnering closely withsales leadership,field enablement, subject matter experts, internal content creators, and external vendors,you’llorchestrate the curation and creation ofsales enablementcontent to empower sales teams worldwide.Leveraging artificial intelligence, you will automate routine tasks, streamline content management, and enable the delivery of data-driven insights that empower our sellers.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead collaboration acrosscross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, andseniorleadership to alignand prioritizesales enablementrequestswith overall business goals and sales strategies.

  • Orchestratethe curation andcreationof advanced salesenablement content, focusing on complexsolutions, market trends,and sales techniques.

  • Define, implement, andmaintaina library of templates and best practices and proceduresbased on adult learning principlesfor curating, creating, delivering, andmaintainingsales enablement content.

  • Define, implement, andmaintaincontent governance standards andcontentauditprocesses.

  • Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based onanalysis ofmetrics andfeedback.

  • Skills,Knowledgeand Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 6-8yearsofexperience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or similar support role,preferably withdeep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles

  • ExperienceusingSmartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise,Highspotor othersalesenablementplatform,and AI capabilities to enhance enablement

  • Strongprojectmanagementexperienceacross diverse teams

  • Collaborativestakeholdermanagement and alignmentexperience

  • Effective communicationskills tofostertrust and shared accountability

  • Data-drivenproblem-solvingapproach,including measurement of impact

  • Ability to balancemultiple priorities seamlessly by implementing processes that ensuretimely, high-quality execution

  • Flexibilityin managing competing priorities, navigating dynamic environments, and meetingevolvingexpectations

  • Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. 

  • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.

  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).

  • Duties may require travel via automobile or airplane;approximately 10% of the timeisspent traveling.

    The annual base pay for this position is: $112,000.00 - $168,000.00

    F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
