Roles and Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage the post-sales order process, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and promptly.

2. Track orders from sales closure to delivery, handling any post-sales issues or discrepancies.

3. Communicate with the logistics team, warehouses, or shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.

4. Act as the main point of contact for customers after the sale is made, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback.

5. Provide status updates to clients regarding the delivery process, product availability, or service inquiries.

6. Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

7. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and any post-sale activities.

8. Collaborate with internal teams (such as color:#1F1F1F">?mso-bidi-font-family:"Lucida Sans";color:#1F1F1F">nance, logistics, product, and customer service)

to ensure the successful delivery and after-sales support for customers. 

9. Ensure all tasks are completed according to company policies, customer expectations, and deadlines.

10. Work closely with the sales team to provide any necessary post-sales support or information.

11. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and professional communication.

12. Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers, driving customer loyalty.

13. Ensure that all customer inquiries and requests are responded to within set mso-bidi-font-family:"Lucida Sans";color:#1F1F1F">timelines.



Who Should Apply

1. Male candidate with Experience of After Post Sales in Manufacturing Industry

2. Should be pro?cient in MS O?ce/Google Docs, MS Excel/ Google Sheets, MS Powerpoint/ Google Slides 

3. Should be Graduate

4. Should have minimum 7-8 years experience

5. Should be in age bracket of 30 to 40 years

6. Should be comfortable dealing with people

7. Salary Range - 50K to 70K depending on quali?cation and Experience
