Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of solar modules, solar inverters, grid-tie inverters, batteries, inverters, and UPS systems

• Develop and execute channel sales strategy across assigned territory

• Identify, appoint, and onboard dealers and distributors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, EPCs, and system integrators

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Conduct product training and technical presentations for channel partners

• Support channel partners with pre-sales and post-sales coordination

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution



Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and power electronics

• Proven experience in channel sales and distribution management

• Ability to appoint and scale dealer/distributor networks

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Willingness to travel extensively



Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related technical field preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in renewable energy or power solutions sales
